DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines
- Works under minimum supervision
- Conducts unit testing by writing specflow tests
- Can implement fix for high priority issues
- Writes APIs
- Creates database objects
- Can suggest process to improve work
- Can analyze business rules
- Ability to investigate on reported bugs even when only general details are provided
- Mentors juniors and peers
- Can act as technical lead when needed
- Can work on complicated functionalities such as download, upload etc.
- Understands the deployment process
- Leads a small team
