What You Will Do
Identify and address the gaps existing between competencies the workforce currently possesses and future competency requirements
Manage the full spectrum of Talent and Learning Development processes to identify, develop and retain talents
Develop effective training activities and regularly monitor and report results to management, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate
Design and implement talent management and learning development frameworks, processes, and policies suitable for a scaling business
Develop, implement and coordinate training programs, plans, and policies
Develop multiple format curriculum development experiences, inclusive of e-learning and multimedia learning technologies
Develop and monitor performance evaluations, performance development plans, and performance improvement plans
Guidance and counsel to management on employee-related problems which could result in oral or written discipline.
Spearhead close working relationships with government agencies as well as training institutions
What We Are Looking For
You have a degree or training with a focus on human resources, business, and/or psychology and bring experience in talent development.
Ideally, you have already worked in a start-up or a very dynamic environment and are used to working independently.
You can take different perspectives and adapt your work to the different needs of your stakeholders.
You are structured, keep an overview and have a hands-on mentality.
You are comfortable in English and Filipino and communicate confidently and eloquently in both languages.
